Spicy Chicken Ramen with thin noodles were VERY good. My wife and daughters enjoyed their food as well. I’ll definitely return for some delicious ramen. The special BIRRIA ramen was fantastic!

Pretty tasty ramen and other Japanese favorites in a cool little restaurant. Liked the decor and vibe, there is decent amount of seating inside and it actually filled up pretty quick for a weekday. I got the spicy tonkotsu which I enjoyed...pretty good for Utah. Service was pretty quick and friendly. Will definitely be back on future trips.

Excellent food. You can tell the broth is made in-house, and the noodles were divinely crafted. The chicken in the kid’s meal made me wish I were 12 again! Be sure to arrive early, the evening rush comes on quickly.

Had a mint, cucumber mocktail with tonkatsu ramen with an extra egg. They do the eggs right with the jammy center here. Creamy silky broth with a creamy egg yolk. May not make for a great pic but the flavor is out of this world. Make sure you get some of the chilli oil to spice it to your taste

We were just passing through and we decided to have dinner and we found out that Lego, Utah has a ramen bar. So we tried their ramen and we were not disappointed. Even the sake flight were exceptional, I was brought back to where my grandpa used to make rice wine back in the PI.

Overall pretty descent. Huge portions. Options for non meat eaters and some gluten free options. However the noodles are cooked in the same water as regular noodles so if you are super sensitive I would stay away. Cross contamination in oil doesn't usually cause problems for us so we thought we would try it, and everything ended up okay. Small place and was really busy, took us about 20 minutes before we were seated but food got made pretty quickly.

BEST RAMEN I ever had!! And I tried many different ones, this is my favorite so far. The JINYA Tonkotsu Black(with roasted garlic and thin noodles) is absolutely incredible. So much rich flavor and depth. Thin noodles al dente are a perfect combination. Tender meat and amazing marinated egg. They actually cook the broth themselves, very traditional, for twenty hours to get the best and richest flavor for their ramen. Fully from scratch. You can taste the difference, compared to other restaurants. JINYA Bun: pork was very soft and tender (fyi not crispy). Ebi-Katsu Bun: deep fried crispy shrimps, very filling! Spicy creamy shrimp tempura: great sauce, tangy taste. Tonkotsu black ramen: just incredible. First time I tried this chain. This location is quite small with a few tables. Apparently they have locations all over the US. Will be back to try all the other ramen flavors.

Really loved their food—especially the salmon poke bowl and the original Tonkotsu ramen! The noodles were excellent, both the thick and skinny varieties. The pork was super tender, the egg was large and perfectly cooked, and the broth was rich and full of flavor. We even ended up taking some food to go! The salmon was marinated and super fresh. The dine-in space is a bit loud and crowded since it’s on the smaller side, but that’s pretty typical for restaurants in the valley. Still totally worth it for the food! Also reasonably priced
